Responsibility
- provide excellent customer service when dealing with any existing and potential new Clients
- respond to enquiries over the telephone and in writing through emails
- manage Client onboarding and appointment scheduling
- identify and overcome obstacles when dealing with new enquiries to convert prospects to clients
- we are looking for friendly, and professional administrator to join our team in our Central office in Putney , who wants to grow with our business
- completion of basic financial duties, including allocation of payments, managing Client invoicing and debt management
- as the first point of contact to our existing and potential Clients, this role requires excellent customer service skills when answering phone calls and responding to emails
- the Practice Administrator will be integral part of supporting the Practice manager in the day to day running of Practice and they will provide administrator support to the Physiotherapist team
