- working as a First Contact Physiotherapist, assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with musculoskeletal conditions
- managing a caseload of patients in a primary care setting
- you will be required to interpret and act on assessment findings, and generate an appropriate patient management plan
- have a quality driven, patient-centred approach with the ability to build strong client relationships and maintain expectations
- be able to recognise when patients may require onward referral for further investigations, pharmacological input or to secondary care hospital services
- to maintain effective communication links with the multidisciplinary team, including Physios, GPs and support staff
- you will often be required to be the first point of contact for patients and will need the ability to establish a rapid and accurate diagnosis
- to attend meetings and teaching sessions organised by Physio Space clinic
