Responsibility

  • physiological Measurements Ltd have extensive and award-winning experience in delivering community diagnostics, in particular community ultrasound services
  • provide 1st and 2nd line support for end user IT related issues
  • logging tickets via the help desk system
  • hardware deployments & Software installations
  • ensuring key hardware devices are available to end-users, e.g. PCs, Monitors, Ultrasound Kits
  • administration of 8x8 phone system
  • produce and maintain user guides where appropriate
  • reporting to the IT Lead, the successful applicant support with 1st and 2nd line support issues for both Head Office and remote users

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
