Responsibility
- be the first point of contact for all booking enquiries through email/telephone and other communications
- answering the telephone acting as the first point of contact for all booking enquiries
- use of the diary system to effectively & accurately manage the clinician’s diaries
- to manage the expectation of the team answering calls in a timely manner
- allocate work of the team
- ensure all relevant clinical information is recorded prior to the appointment
- accurate data entry across various systems
- assist in the Management of the Referrals team and 1-1's
