strong IT skills and excellent ability to create and/or edit documents and reports using MS Office
experience with Sage Accounting preferred
an understanding of medical terminology is desirable, but not essential
clerical/administrative experience in a similar environment desired, but not essential
be a strong communicator with clients and employees both face to face, by telephone and written correspondence
