Requirements
- proficiency in design tools Figma, Figjam, Lucid and working with collaborative tools Confluence, Jira, Trello and MS office
- solid understanding of design thinking methodologies and user-centred design principles
- experience in design sprints, establishing design systems, and design governance
- online portfolio is a must have
- strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- present and communicate your designs and design rationale to teammates and leadership
- continuously stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
- familiarity with AI-driven products or marketing technology is a bonus
