- assist in developing both internal policies and strategies

- conduct health and safety inductions for new employees
- conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks along with the Production Manager
- conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks
- conduct yourself in a professional matter at all times ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and protocols
- to maintain and improve safe systems that work across both sites, monitoring compliance with all legal bodies and regulatory requirements relating to health, safety and the environment
