Responsibility

  • we want to embrace your strengths and help you broaden your skills
  • you’ll be carrying out repairs and planned preventative maintenance for our client in your area, ensuring their sites are presentable and fully maintained by delivering a high-quality service
  • no two days will be the same, one day you could be carrying out basic building fabric repairs, guttering, doors, windows, and locks, the next you could be working on flooring, tiles, signage, and basic plumbing repairs

Requirements

  • to be successful you will have a formal qualification in at least 1 trade such as joinery, plumbing, building and be able to demonstrate multi-skilled experience
  • maintenance: 5 years
