  • drive company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations in a safe and timely manner
  • communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays
  • load and unload items, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage during transport
  • perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met
  • adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road

Requirements

  • valid driver's licence with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is preferred
  • previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is advantageous
  • capability to perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading goods
  • familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is beneficial
