Responsibility

  • deer Park is a home provides care and support up to 38 people who have Mental Health problem and Challenging Behaviour
  • implement training/induction programmes for all Care Staff
  • ensure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the Home
  • take responsibility for the running of the home in the absence of the registered manager
  • help the registered manager with the general management of the home working under their guidance and leadership
  • improve the quality rating from CQC
  • to administer and order medication
  • care planning and implementation of electronic care plans
