Requirements
graduate Level or Equivalent
it is preferable that you have gained office experience, with arts background being an advantage
confident in report writing and presenting is essential

A basic understanding of public funding reporting (we are a National Portfolio Organisation supported by
Responsibility
handling a range of conflicting priorities and ensuring the CEO’s office maintains an open and outward- facing approach
leading on specific administration projects or initiatives for the Executive, under the direction of the COO
supporting with preparation of Board papers and senior meetings including minute taking
drafting and checking agendas, collating and circulating papers, pursuing agreed actions
planning events and booking venues and preparation for those meetings
acting as a point of contact for the Philharmonia head office ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, liaising and coordinating with other members of the Executive and wider Management Group, the Board and other stakeholders
to deal with all matters in a confidential and timely manner and be trusted implicitly with sensitive information
data collation and administrative support for day-to-day office management, recruitment and welcoming guests to the Philharmonia
