  • this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced revenue manager to join a fast-paced hospitality group in the southwest
  • develop, Monitor and adjust revenue management and distribution strategy of all the hotels and manage day-to-day yield operations
  • daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
  • perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. Ensure hotels grow RGI% ahead of competitor set
  • create and maintain a 13-month rolling demand calendar
  • as Revenue Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of revenue management of the entire group hotel portfolio, including, but not limited to, maximising daily Net Total RevPAR, using yield management techniques, systems and processes, overseeing of the Events Managers and Reservations Manager and the production of weekly and monthly rolling 365-day forecasts, the production of the hotel annual budgets in relation to rooms and other revenue streams
