• build and manage a team of mobile engineers, providing guidance and support as required
• price projects, compile job reports and raise invoicing for our accounts team to issue
• plan and coordinate the delivery of maintenance and repair services to our clients

• monitor the performance of our engineers, providing feedback and support to improve their performance
• maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including time taken, materials used and any other relevant information
• liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide advice and guidance where necessary
• maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices
• develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements

• proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the maintenance and repair sector
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of engineers

• A good understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
• A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across London and the surrounding areas
