Responsibility
- in this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing and improving the energy efficiency of park homes nationwide
- whilst prior experience as a DEA is desirable, it is not essential
- training will be provided for the right candidate
- conduct surveys of the underside of park homes to assess current condition and advice on recommendations where appropriate
- conduct energy assessments and identify potential improvements
- collaborate with the existing team to ensure accurate data collection and appropriate recommendations
- travel extensively nationwide, regular staying away is required
- utilise excellent communication skills to effectively interact with Park Home owners, providing information and advice on energy efficiency
Requirements
- A keen interest in energy efficiency and sustainability
- ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
- excellent communication skills to effectively engage with Park Home owners and explain outcomes from surveys and potential improvements
- proficiency in Office 365 applications to manage assessment reports
- flexibility to travel nationwide and stay away regularly
- A valid driver's license and a responsible attitude towards the use of a company vehicle
