Responsibility
- reporting to Account/WMS Manager
- serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs
- build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnership
- maintain accurate customer records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- work closely with operational team to ensure customer’s requirements are communicated to the operational team
- production of customer KPI’s, monitor operations performance
- assist with forecasting and planning with the customer
- working with other Account Managers in other services to either resolve problems and or identify commercial opportunities
Requirements
- experience in Customer Service roles
- must have good interpersonal skills, being able to communicate to all levels within an organisation
- problem solving skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- organisational skills and attention to detail
- willingness to learn other software applications
- administrative warehouse: 2 years
