- proactively work together to exceed all KPI’s
- responsible for PIP and PDP of you teams
- lead high performing team to help deliver exceptional customer service
- ensure the team are engaged with the company vision and values
- help coach and motivate colleagues to contribute to the achievement of targets
- to ensure you are fully up to date on all weekly communications
- help to deliver exceptional Salon Standards across all customers facing and ‘back of house’ areas
- to comply with all communicated company guidelines and actions
Requirements
- minimum 2 years’ experience in dog grooming - able to groom all breed types to pet and show standard
- minimum 1 years’ experience in managing a salon and team
- dog Grooming: 2 years
