Responsibility

  • identify and generate new business opportunities for the immigration law department through networking, outreach, and client referrals
  • build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and referral sources
  • develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • collaborate with the immigration law team to develop and pitch proposals to potential clients
  • attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the firm and generate new business leads
  • manage and maintain the firm's client management system and client database
  • conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • work closely with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns, collateral, and messaging to support business development efforts

Requirements

  • at least a Bachelor's degree, and we prefer the candidate with the background of business administration, marketing, or related field
  • experience in business development or sales, preferably in the legal or immigration industry
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets
  • knowledge of immigration law and procedures is an advantage but not a requirement
