  • maintain purchase and sales ledger entries
  • ensure general ledger reconciliations are maintained on a monthly basis
  • reviewing bank and credit card reconciliations for all company bank accounts
  • preparing details for month end payment runs
  • completing and submitting VAT, PAYE and CIS returns to HMRC
  • liaising with HMRC as and when required
  • prepare and maintain schedule of job retentions due and payable
  • liaising and answer supplier queries

  • bookkeeping: 2 years
