- create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
- execute centrally delivered projects to deliver maximum benefits by creating and managing launch and control/response plans
- supervise the team to deliver operational targets and customer standards
- support the team resolving queries, assisting with technical issues and general oversight
- monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving high closure rates
- carry out regular 1-2-1’s with the team, setting objectives and personal development plans to manage and drive performance
- use varied management and leadership approaches to get the best out of each individual within the team
- lead team meetings and ensure the team are aligned with overall business goals and targets
- maintain excellent team communications – communication is key to us
- plan, organise and manage the team resource, ensuring adequate resource is in place
- A minimum of 18 months experience in supervising a small to medium size sales/customer service team
- 3 years’ experience in a busy sales/customer support environment
- previous experience in an insurance role, desired but not essential
- previous proven experience in increasing sales and conversions

- to be successful you will need to bring
- at least 1 years’ insurance or veterinary experience, with an understanding of pet insurance
- at least 4 years’ insurance or veterinary experience, with an understanding of pet insurance

- high attention to detail
- strong verbal and written communication skills

- pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy
- confidently handle and overcome objections to sales
- experience within a customer facing / support role
- experience within a sales focussed insurance role, desired but not essential
- experience within a previous insurance role, desired
