  • communicate with existing and new customers by helping them select products via email or telephone
  • drive sales targets through engagement of customers and guiding customers based on industry knowledge
  • provide outstanding customer service to trade and retail customer audiences
  • manage financial transactions and processes orders on the internal administrative software
  • be the face of the trade counter - To serve sales & hires customers over the trade counter. To ensure orders for customers are processed promptly and accurately. To ensure complaints and issues raised by customers are quickly resolved
