Responsibility

  • conducting a face to face consultation with our client and assess their situation
  • achieving contact conversion and revenue targets by matching our products and services to the needs of the customer
  • returning calls to customers when promised and responding as appropriate
  • maintaining regular contact with customers through outbound calls and face to face to identify sales opportunities
  • enrolling customers in real time, wherever possible to ensure swift handling of applications and send out confirmation within agreed SLAs
  • recording details of all potential leads
  • undertaking any other duties effectively, as required by Management

Requirements

  • experienced in Direct Sales environment/customer facing role or telesales
  • strong negotiation and communication skills
  • thrive on Targets and comfortable being measured on these
  • experience of dealing with high call volumes
  • confident and highly presentable
  • self-motivated with an ability to deliver on sales
  • have a passion for sales
  • generate new leads and be able to convert those leads into repeat business
