Responsibility

  • perspex International is a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of acrylic-based products including the familiar brand name Perspex®
  • the Darwen site focuses on the manufacture of cast acrylic sheet, liquid dispersions and colour
  • this role is a great opportunity to gain commercial experience in a large manufacturing organisation with insight in to various aspects of the business
  • whilst being based within our Distribution Team at Walker Park, there will be an opportunity to gain insight in others areas such as Sales, Purchasing, and Operations, whilst working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

Requirements

  • computer Literate / IT Skills

  • A successful educational background with grades 4/C or above
  • eager to develop your skills and knowledge across departments within the business
  • able to use your own initiative and work independently whilst also acting as a team member
  • strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • well presented with a professional yet personable approach to work
