Responsibility
- you will also provide financial support for annual and ad-hoc corporate transactions as required
- on an annual basis, you will prepare certain complex statutory accounts
- you will also prepare quarterly reporting for submission to Pernod Ricard Group for certain key holding companies
- advice & Support – to provide technical accounting expertise on current UK GAAP and IFRS and taking responsibility for ESG reporting disclosures currently being developed for CBL
- statutory Accounts – to manage the annual statutory accounts process for your allocation of trading entities, holding companies and trading companies sub-contracted from other Pernod Ricard UK finance teams
- you will take responsibility for the accuracy of the accounting of specific technical areas such as distributable reserves; share based payments and defined benefit pension schemes
- audits & Reporting – to provide supporting information to audit and share responsibility for being the contact for external audit and Company secretarial department on specific statutory accounts matters
- the Financial Accountant will be the technical lead for the team, contributing to the annual UK statutory accounts process, supporting corporate transactions, and dealing with audit queries
