Requirements
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency
- strong technical background in software development
- experience working in Agile oriented organizations with a focus on fast pace delivery of new features
- ability to work with Global Resources across different cultures and time zones
- strong communication skills, able to communicate with team members, executive leadership and customers
- excellent problem-solving skills
- experience to oversee department budgets and capital expenditures
- 5+ years of experience in management/leadership position preferably with technically complex products
