- we are looking for a competent and out going member of staff to join our fast pace company
- our fast growing business is looking for a smart and hard working individual to join our administrative team
- project management given by the Directors to create leads and potential jobs
- the successful candidate will also be required to cover admin tasks from our sister company Perfect Hygiene, when needed
- the duties include a variety of general administrative tasks, data input, ordering access equipment, fleet admin and supporting fully the Operations Manager
- telephone communications are central to the role and providing quotes to customers via email or over the phone will be a regular feature of the working day
- the successful candidate needs to be able to work in a team but also efficiently and effectively manage their own time and workload independently and take ownership of tasks
Requirements
- experience in working with computerised accounts software. Xero experience would be an advantage
- experience with Google Apps would be an advantage
- experience working with scheduling, planning & booking systems
- proven office and administrative experience
- experience and confidence working with and transferring calls
- excellent communication, customer service and people skills
- efficient and punctual
