Responsibility

  • recruitment of all Porters/Drivers, including employed, self-employed and contractors
  • on Boarding new starters, including starter forms, IDs, uniform, etc
  • managing Timesheets, compile weekly hours for all staff and submit to the accounts team
  • assist in employee training programmes and help develop and upskill new members of staff
  • work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to source additional personnel during peaks times
  • identify, establish and manage new agents and contractors who may be able to provide additional staffing in strategic locations across the UK
