PERFECT ATTENDANCE is looking for employees for positions:

personal assistant

Responsibility

  • manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director
  • assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • conduct research and compile data as needed
  • maintain office filing systems and ensure documentation is organized
  • handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • provide clerical support such as typing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • uphold a high level of confidentiality in all interactions

Requirements

  • proficiency in Google Suite for document management and collaboration
  • experience with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
  • strong clerical skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • ability to type efficiently and accurately
  • prior experience in an administrative or organizational role is preferred
  • familiarity with office procedures and equipment
  • exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
