  • must have the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • demonstratable ability to apply critical thinking to problems and tasks
  • ideally experience of working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector
  • ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • experience of managing 3rd party, outsourced Facilities providers

Responsibility

  • key contact person between Perceptive and building management for all locations
  • overall responsibility for site safety including permits to work
  • plan, budget and schedule office moves and modifications including project management tasks
