Responsibility
- to write and/or update job advertisements for existing openings by collaborating with hiring managers and/or internal stakeholders
- to assist with creating individual role specifications for new and existing roles
- to be actively involved with the Talent Acquisition Team
- to promote job openings on our careers pages, different job boards and social networks where appropriate
- to organise online and/or offline interviews during numerous hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
- to ensure timely reporting on the status of open positions
- to coordinate with the hiring manager to assess the quality of candidature based on their interview process
- to clearly state the qualification criteria required for each position
Requirements
- understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
- experience in organising interviews- both online as well as offline
- familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases and platforms
- team player
- good time-management skills
- excellent interpersonal and verbal as well as written communication skills
- recruitment coordinator: 2 years
- administrative: 3 years
