Responsibility

  • building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these requirements
  • possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning
  • pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
  • maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
  • creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
  • to ensure sales growth turnover and profit objectives are achieved
  • to report on activity levels on a weekly basis
  • to clearly communicate important information regarding our clients, competitors to the Management in a timely manner

Requirements

  • minimum 5 years strategic business development experience within a B2B services environment
  • great presentation skills
  • highly credible communicator at a senior level with excellent networking and presentation skills
  • strong commercial acumen, including effective negotiating and closing skills
  • experienced researcher with the ability to map the prospective market within the territory
  • intuitive with the ability to quickly understand the customers’ needs
