management of candidate pipeline and complete candidate journey from initial enquiry to employment start
ensure all application data is tracked on in-house system, and completed accurately
conduct preliminary screening with potential candidates and conduct interviews
providing recruitment guidance to Managers
supporting candidates in DBS/ Visa applications
chasing vital employment reference checks
essentially you will have a passion for helping others, as one of your key responsibilities will be talking to people who are potentially interested in working for us
attend job fairs when required
Requirements
experience within an in-house or agency Recruitment role
excellent attention to detail and accuracy
ideally you will be comfortable using the internet, websites and social media and involvement in on boarding activities
ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment, and work independently to see recruitment through to completion
ideal but not essential, experience with charity recruitment specifically in the care sector
care Sector Recruitment: 2 years
recruitment: 3 years
confident individual who is adapt in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, be enthusiastic, adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment
