Responsibility
- management of candidate pipeline and complete candidate journey from initial enquiry to employment start
- ensure all application data is tracked on in-house system, and completed accurately
- conduct preliminary screening with potential candidates and conduct interviews
- providing recruitment guidance to Managers
- supporting candidates in DBS/ Visa applications
- chasing vital employment reference checks
- essentially you will have a passion for helping others, as one of your key responsibilities will be talking to people who are potentially interested in working for us
- attend job fairs when required
Requirements
- experience within an in-house or agency Recruitment role
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- ideally you will be comfortable using the internet, websites and social media and involvement in on boarding activities
- ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment, and work independently to see recruitment through to completion
- ideal but not essential, experience with charity recruitment specifically in the care sector
- care Sector Recruitment: 2 years
- recruitment: 3 years
- confident individual who is adapt in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, be enthusiastic, adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment
