Responsibility
- the vibrant community of Mawsley Village needs a Dynamic Bar Supervisor for the Centre at Mawsley
- make certain the bar is open at the appropriate times
- to provide excellent customer service

- the Bar Supervisor will work with the Office Managers to support all activities and help drive the business forward by working a flexible and dynamic schedule Thursday through Monday, organising themselves and our great team around the Centre's needs
- to maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety

- ensure team members meet the standards of the bar, including being appropriately attired and correcting bad practice should the need arise
Requirements
- essential
- previous experience of bar or club work
- good communication skills
- demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service
- ability to work within a small team and supervise that team
- ability to work under pressure
