Responsibility

  • the vibrant community of Mawsley Village needs a Dynamic Bar Supervisor for the Centre at Mawsley
  • make certain the bar is open at the appropriate times
  • to provide excellent customer service
  • tills
  • the Bar Supervisor will work with the Office Managers to support all activities and help drive the business forward by working a flexible and dynamic schedule Thursday through Monday, organising themselves and our great team around the Centre's needs
  • to maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
  • we will offer the right person an above average rate for the role and invite interested people to a contact us now for further information
  • ensure team members meet the standards of the bar, including being appropriately attired and correcting bad practice should the need arise

Requirements

  • essential
  • previous experience of bar or club work
  • good communication skills
  • demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • ability to work within a small team and supervise that team
  • ability to work under pressure
  • excellent, professional customer service and care skills
  • good time management and ability to prioritise effectively
