Responsibility

  • manage Amazon sales across US, UK, Canada, Australia
  • helping with customer service as needed
  • researching ways to increase sales and expand Amazon presence
  • monitoring review activity
  • monitoring potential printing issues through customer feedback and whether printing times are meeting Amazon’s goals
  • keeping account health high
  • working with IP holders to get books listed in branded storefronts
  • optimise the Amazon account and improve SEO to ensure top lisitng
