Responsibility
- refine and streamline the management of the Groups Resource experience and create a suite of reports to measure service levels
- ensure local Operations teams are the first point of all resource queries who coordinate responses with the assistance of the team
- create and manage a team that is the key escalation point for all resource queries
- ensure all activities from the resource care team are correctly tracked on the CRM system
- understand and be across the resource payment cycle, responding to resources queries as they arise
- point of contract for third parties who support with the deployment of resources
- drive and measure referrals and client lead opportunities through strong relationships with our resources
- create and drive initiatives to increase connection with our resources and their connection with Penta Consulting Ltd
