Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- ensure timely and regular maintenance of our livery yard through the painting
- ensure proper maintenance and storage of garden equipment/relevant yard equipment
- ensure thorough and regular cleaning of our horsebox
- ensure timely preparation of the school facilities for use
- execute simple repair work as instructed by the Proprietor & be trained inhouse
- you will also ensure windows are always cleaned
- ensure care and maintenance of the grass, which involves grass cutting, strimming, pruning and general upkeep of the flower beds, including planting and weeding

Requirements
- GCSEs or equivalent
- handyperson/grounds maintenance experience will be an advantage - if not fully trained, training
- knowledge of health & safety procedures or keen to take this onboard
- willingness to undertake any job specific training
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- tidy, methodical, organised, and good timekeeping
- friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- handyperson/grounds maintenance experience will be an advantage - if not training will be given but need to have a genuine interest in this type of job
