Responsibility
ensure timely and regular maintenance of our livery yard through the painting
ensure proper maintenance and storage of garden equipment/relevant yard equipment
ensure thorough and regular cleaning of our horsebox
ensure timely preparation of the school facilities for use
execute simple repair work as instructed by the Proprietor & be trained inhouse
you will also ensure windows are always cleaned
ensure care and maintenance of the grass, which involves grass cutting, strimming, pruning and general upkeep of the flower beds, including planting and weeding

Requirements
GCSEs or equivalent
handyperson/grounds maintenance experience will be an advantage - if not fully trained, training
knowledge of health & safety procedures or keen to take this onboard
willingness to undertake any job specific training
ability to work independently and as part of a team
tidy, methodical, organised, and good timekeeping
friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills
