  • ensure all daily activities and monitoring are carried out as required
  • completing all administrative procedures relating to paint area
  • work to specific schedules
  • actively promote Continuous Improvement
  • working shifts and overtime if required
  • encourage H, S & E issues and ensure good housekeeping in work area
  • control and update Work-To Lists

Requirements

  • must have experience/ knowledge in the Aerospace Industry
  • minimum Level 2 Paint Spraying qualification
  • must have operated HVLP equipment
  • NADCAP/ COSHH experience essential
  • experience using two pack solvent and waterborne paint is essential
  • application, Masking, Prepping and Polishing to a high standard
  • must have good communication skills
