Responsibility
identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
meet and exceed sales targets by presenting and selling the company's range of outdoor playground equipment and services
build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support
conduct site visits and consultations with potential customers to determine their specific requirements, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
this role requires a motivated and results-driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can build strong relationships with customers
monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and innovation
prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents to customers
Requirements
proven track record in sales, ideally in a B2B environment
knowledge and experience of the playground equipment industry
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills
experience of working with local authorities or other public sector organisations
strong knowledge of sales techniques, account management, and business development strategies
knowledge of marketing and social media tools
strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
experience of using a CRM system to manage leads and opportunities
