Responsibility

  • identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • meet and exceed sales targets by presenting and selling the company's range of outdoor playground equipment and services
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • conduct site visits and consultations with potential customers to determine their specific requirements, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
  • this role requires a motivated and results-driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can build strong relationships with customers
  • monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and innovation
  • prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents to customers

Requirements

  • proven track record in sales, ideally in a B2B environment
  • knowledge and experience of the playground equipment industry
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills
  • experience of working with local authorities or other public sector organisations
  • strong knowledge of sales techniques, account management, and business development strategies
  • knowledge of marketing and social media tools
  • strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
  • experience of using a CRM system to manage leads and opportunities
