manage visits and allocate shifts for service users
communicate with service users and their families to ensure they are happy with the support received
understand service user needs in order to appropriately match carers to meet these needs
change visits for staff when sickness or other problems arise
keep continuity for service users and use a small a team of regular support workers as much as possible

to take a leadership role in the daily management of the service, providing social practical support to service users and staff on a daily basis. Planning meetings and identifying needs & opportunities for people supported by the service
to take a leadership role in the weekly and daily management of the service, providing social interventions and practical support to service users and staff on a daily basis
to be responsible for the monitoring/ creating of Risk Assessments and to ensure that they are in place and adhered to at all times
to work alongside the Rota coordinators to create and manage weekly rotas in a person-centered manner, ensuring staff contracts are met and managed
ensure all mandatory training is up to date
act to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, service specific policies and procedures
responsibilities may be varied from time to time as agreed by post holder and Registered Manager
