Responsibility

  • loading and unloading products/pallets into and off lorries and the checking in of stock
  • preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule
  • moving goods around the warehouse into/out of racking areas using a Fork Lift Truck
  • signing delivery notes
  • packing products in accordance with our standards for dispatch to customers and for transport between our sites
  • checking all work equipment prior to use complying with health and safety procedures
  • handling goods in accordance with safe manual handling processes
  • the Warehouse Operative will assist the Logistics Manager with the day-to-day duties of Goods In/Goods Out and quality control which are essential to the smooth running of the department and company
