  • this is a non-regulated, managerial, B2B, Specialist Markets - employee benefits role. As a team leader, you'll deliver assigned work, in conjunction with managing the team and ensuring Client Excellence
  • expanding existing client delivery remit, embracing process improvement and coaching support of the wider teams

Requirements

  • solid track record in Risk & Health delivering for clients
  • good customer service and relationship building skills
  • strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
  • excellent organisation skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • previous experience of managing a team is desirable as well as, a strong desire to support Client delivery and pursue a career managing others to do the same is essential
