Responsibility
- working on a medium size new build housing development in Clavering, Essex, we offer stability and the opportunity for personal development
- assist bricklayers in various tasks related to bricklaying and masonry work
- mix mortar, transport bricks, and provide materials as needed
- ensure the safe and efficient handling of bricks, tools, and equipment
- maintain a tidy and organised work area
- perform manual labour and operate tools as required for the job

Requirements
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- prior experience in a construction or bricklaying environment is a plus
- knowledge of construction site safety practices and protocols
- one-year prior experience
- ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- willingness to follow instructions and also work independently when required
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the construction industry
- bricklaying: 1 year
