- pelham Laboratories Ltd are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to Assist the Warehouse Manager with the day to day running of the warehouse supervising the warehouse team ensuring that out high standards are kept
- train new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment operation whilst ensuring that company policies and hygiene standards are kept
- assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed
- oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities
Requirements
- strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- reach Truck Experience
- ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management
- strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and other departments
