day-to-day the job role entails answering incoming calls, dealing with customer orders, placing quotations and orders on the system, tracking parcels via the Internet, processing credit notes, placing orders with suppliers, and keeping customers updated with details of their orders

you will have proven experience in a Sales Administrator role, you will possess highly proficient computer skills , and ideally some experience with Sage

Requirements
proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar sales support role
strong knowledge of sales administration processes, including order management, sales reporting, and CRM systems
excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
proficiency in using MS Office applications and CRM software
proficiency in using Sage
analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present sales data
exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Education
GCSE or equivalent
