- develop a targeted account list, outbound strategy, and marketing material

- research and build new and existing accounts
- work in Hubspot to efficiently input and track data
- be a brand ambassador & deliver the ARRIVE story & value proposition at high-profile industry events
- be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets
- collaborate with the marketing team to develop enterprise marketing collateral and messaging
- communicate the ARRIVE brand and lifestyle, to highlight our culture-enhancing benefits to potential customers
- strategise with ARRIVE team to improve sales processes
- develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration
- develop key relationships and support outbound ARRIVE sales opportunities that lead to pitches, engagement growth in the ARRIVE pipeline that converts to incremental revenues
- maintain a high level of knowledge of the ARRIVE offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends
