Responsibility

  • ensuring cash collection into the business is maximised each month for their area
  • ensuring aged debt is minimised each month for their area
  • ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • liaising with Property Managers re the collection of debts, including participating in weekly debt meetings
  • work effectively with other departments to ensure highest levels of Customer Service are always delivered
  • you will be responsible for the collection of all debts assigned to them by the Credit Control Manager across the organisation
