Responsibility

  • reporting to the Midlands Site Manager, responsible for managing the Warehouse to ensure all KPI’s and costs are met
  • in the absence of the Midlands Site Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of the site operation
  • identify opportunities for continuous improvement and added value whilst key service levels are not affected
  • manage agreed stock levels to ensure the operation consistently meets the requirements of the business
  • manage and develop the Operational Team to create a highly successful and engaged team
  • ensure the Site provides first class service to all Customers, JFP Stores and Online Customers
  • work with PW Leadership Team to provide best service to all customers and stores
  • promote Company values within the Warehouse to create a good working environment
