Responsibility
- we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Production Planner to join our team
- key Responsibilities
- this role is crucial for ensuring efficient planning and execution of our production schedules, as well as managing the purchasing of raw materials and components, all while adhering to ISO quality processes and standards
- develop and maintain a production schedule, coordinating closely with production and warehouse teams
- monitor inventory levels to determine the timing and quantity of orders
- work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure all materials meet ISO specifications and other necessary standards
- identify, negotiate, and secure contracts with suppliers for raw materials and components
- assess resource availability, including manpower and materials, to ensure timely delivery to customers
Requirements
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- proficient understanding of ISO quality processes and standards
- familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, production planning, or a similar role, preferably in the medical device or wet wipe manufacturing sector
