  • working with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all Peak Venues properties
  • reporting any guest damage to property and informing the line manager
  • reporting any lost property items
  • reporting any maintenance related issues
  • checking our booking system on the day of property turn and ensuring that all the guest requirements are met
  • checking the weekly rota for scheduled shifts
  • carrying out the daily cleaning of assigned tasks while working alongside our staff to ensure high standards are maintained
