Responsibility
manage all key customer accounts
operate S.A.F.E system to process orders and input product specifications
work in collaboration with the Production Schedulers and Loading Bay Team to ensure deliveries are on time and in full
support and provide basic cover for your team
take responsibility for dealing with prospective and past orders, product and delivery queries and providing quotes to customers by responding promptly to Sales Inbox
you will be responsible for the efficient management of key customer accounts and processing orders, including creating sales quotes an inputting product specification
this fast-paced role involves collaborating with the Production and Transport team to ensure our customers receive excellent end to end service from the point they place an order, through to delivery
Requirements
at least 3 years’ experience in a customer service role
able to demonstrate confidence and capability in a fast-paced environment
sales order processing exposure required
effective communicator with excellent people skills
industry experience desirable
good numerical skills
customer service: 3 years
sales order processing: 1 year
