Responsibility
- answer incoming calls and distribute accordingly to the team
- collect and process orders via phone or email
- telephone existing accounts for orders
- manage online orders from processing orders to fulfilment
- check data accuracy in orders and invoices, maintain customer records
- liaise with our delivery department to ensure timely deliveries
- liaise with and support other staff as required
- communicate important feedback from customers internally
Requirements
- experience in a Sales Administrative role

- strong organisational skills and attention to detail
