Requirements
this role requires an adaptable, forward-thinking individual with outstanding organisational abilities
cope with an everchanging and fast – paced environment
basic understanding of the Health and Social Care field, be able to show compassion and empathy
proven experience and trackable work history in a similar/office-based role
professional and polite telephone manner
smart and presentable at all times
2 work-based references and a clean DBS may be required for this role
computer literate, competent with office 365 programmes. Individual will have to adapt and learn to navigate computer systems that monitor care activity and compliance
Responsibility
ordering and monitoring of office supplies and stock and producing records relating to this
support with weekly invoicing – printing and sending invoices, completing invoice reports and inputting data on in house systems
organising office meeting and training rooms, ensuring they are ready for upcoming appointments
taking messages via telephone or email and ensuring relevant information is passed to the correct person
reports to: Registered Manager
